finding radeon 9700 np memory chips

is there a utility that will report what memory is on my 9700np? it's a FIC from neweeg, but the FICs ship with ram heatsinks installed. i'm not totally sure that i want to try and rip them off, but i'm just curious. i looked around the rage3d forums but couldn't find anything. thanks.
