finding out what kind of mobo i have

I have an older AOpen mobo that i got from my brother. It has a pentium 100 processor, does anybody know where the model number is on these, if there is one?

Go to motherboards.org, they have a Mobo Identifyer, they usually ask for the BIOS String. They tell u how to find it, should help you figure out what it is. This thing is called the MOBOT.
