Finding out week and place of manufacture of a boxed P4?

Hi there! I am staring at a box for a 1.8a Northwood, and wondering how I can decode the week and place of manufacture of the chip.

I have the product code, MM#, FPO/Batch# and pack date.. If there's a decoder online somewhere that has to do with this, please point me to it.

First 4 digits of the FPO/Batch.

First character is place of manufacture.

Second character is year 1=2001, 2=2002

3rd and 4th indicate the week.
