Finding out graphics memory speed

I have a inno3D GF4 ti4200 (64mb) and I want to know if my memory is 3.3ns, 3.6ns or 4.0ns.

The memory is marked:

hynix 205A
HY5DV641622 AT-4
KOREA (serial nr)

I can't make any sense of that. Anyone know what that means or know what the inno3D 64mb boards use.
I can't imagine it's 4ns because the stock memory speed of the inno3D 64mb board is 512mhz.
Info on board here

4.0ns DDR SDRAM.

DRAM rating alone hardly tells the whole tale though, in this case this particular DRAM is guaranteed at up to 300/600MHz depending upon voltage, layout, timing etc etc, so under 'ideal conditions' it may well clock well beyond the 200/400 one would typically associate with 4ns DDR.

Nonetheless, it seems Inno3D is pushing the RAM quite a bit on their Ti4200's. I'd hazard a guess that it likely isnt going to o/c very well at all.

You can read about it yourself though, as Hynix .pdf on that specific model is publically available here in all it's speed grades.

Bump... This post has been availible for 5 hours and still no post...

Patience, we don't all surf this board 24/7 😉
Given enough time you'll almost always get an answer, worst case scenario you can always PM one of the board members. Most of the more experienced members here are generally pleased to help out as much as they can.
