I have a LAN looking something like this:

..........................internet modem
................................|
..........................Linksys Router
........................./..............\
......................Dell ............. Duron
...........................................\ (wireless)
.........................................Toshiba notebook

The problem is the Duron and the Toshiba. Although I have full sharing of files and such available, I cant get the internet to share on the Toshiba. I have enabled Internet connection Sharing on the Duron system and installed the floppy onto the Toshiba. When I try to ping the Duron with the Toshiba, I get no response. When I try to ping the router withe the Toshiba I get no response. When I ping the Duron's IP autoconfiguration address, with the Toshiba I get a response. Which protocol on the Network properties should I have as default? ( TCP/IP ICS, TCP/IP Wireless, etc...)

Is there a command that allows me to see all the IP addresses on the network. DHCP on the router only sees the Duron and the DELL.

I know that this configuration is possible because I had everything working at one point, but I somehow lost it. ( I think I might have played with the settings one too many times, I don't recall. And yes I am a DUMB ASS for not writing down the right settings.)

protocol should be tcp/ip but what you are doing is trying to use 2 routers. have you enables ip forwarding, this config may not ever work because of the limited options of both routing devices.

Ok situation solved
I deleted all protocols and reinstalled them. Turns out you need Netbeui in addition to TCP/IP. Go figure......:)
