Finding Multiplier on a mobo

I've got a Phenom II X4 965 on a MA785GM-USH but I've having trouble locating the "multiplier" in the BIOS i've looked everywhere but still can't find it. I've been told it can be called "CPU Clock Ratio" as well. Is that right? If it's not then where is the "multiplier"? Thanks
