Finding information on the FoIA

I know the policy about homework, however i don't think this really would be included with it. All i need is help finding information if anybody wants to change or get rid of the freedom of information act. Google masters with good keywords, a link, something like that is all i need and i can do the rest. All i'm finding is specific cases that the freedom of information act was used to do something. thank you in advance.
