Finding Broadband

I am at a loss, I have been trying to find broadband for the college apartment i'm moving into (it's on my campus) - but all the companies avaliability searches either suck or tell me I don't have it (when the college says they do offer it).

Does anyone know of a site that I can see all the services offered at the address of apartment? Thanks for any help!

Have you contacted your cable provider?

Yeah I only found one provider that offers stuff (Charter).

Time Warners site says that Comcast is my provider and Comcast says Time Warner is my provider, it's getting ridiculous!

Time Warner is the provider for that complex. You'll need to contact them by phone to arrange setup.

Thanks for input, how do ya know?

It's not important how I know. What's important is that you listen carefully to what I say, and follow my instructions implicitly.
