Finding battery and network stuff for a laptop?

I have a Toshiba Satellite 300CDS laptop here and while it's a tad old, I am wondering if it's possible to find batteries for the thing still and if its worth it to get the network connections for it.

I'd like to be able to run both highspeed (cable) and dial up internet on it. is this even possible?

try batteries plus for the battery, we have one near us and they have a battery for just about anything.

this place has the battery too but it's $119.

looks like you should be able to use any 16bit pcmcia network adapter in it, you can find those just about anywhere, should be 50-60 bucks.

Ah thanks Now I have to determine if it's worth it to keep this thing...it's aging nicely
