Where would one look on finding a good Freelance Flash Dev and a Freelance PHP Developer for remote contract work?

Are there any good specialized forums or boards that usually illicit a good response?

DP is a good idea, but be ware that most users on there are not American, if that means anything.

Check in the Programming section too, you never know.

No but I definitly will. I tried a PHP forum or 2 and actually found 1 person that I brought on board but I need 1 more.
