edit - too many ppl citing caps as an error. thats not an error. now find the errors.

No the correct answer is this:

"There are three errors in this sentence"

The sentence is meaningless...we corrected the errors...just because the sentence says there are three, doesn't mean we have to change it. If anything, you should change it to

"There are no errors in this sentence"

That way, the sentence is correct, AND we'll have corrected three errors. Just my 2 cents.

No the correct answer is this:
