So....I am looking for a parking space...I see these guys talking near a car, so i just pull infront and wait for the car to leave and signal for the space. After they finish talking, one of the guys runs across the street and everyone else goes into into a car and they proceed to leave. I start parallel parking and then i suddenly hear some guy yelling accross the street. The guy (who was teh guy that ran accorss the street) is cussing me out because he claims it was his space b/c e asked if he could have that space.....I had no idea what was going on. I never saw his car signaling to go into that spot. Since when is asking if you oculd have teh space a method of claiming a space? WHy not do it like eveyone else claim it by simply pulling over to that side of the road and signaling?😕
