Find out invoice price for products?

How do you find out the invoice price for electronics? This isn't MSRP, right? Invoice is what the dealer recieves the product at, right? Is it possible to haggle ont the price of an item below invoice price? Since this forum is filled with staving college students who are cheap, I ask for YOU to guide me on this journey. lol

Nothing wrong with being cheap, don't be offended.
 
I think they call if "cost". Those a probably pretty well guarded. Employees should know at some stores. For example at Best Buy I think they pay cost + 5% on most electronics.
