I need a scoket 754 motherboard without any integrated audio video.
intgrated lan is ok but no audio / or video

this is for a customer and that is what he wants.

Never seen one w/o audio. The board won't be angry if you ignore or disable it in BIOS, and there's nothing lost if you do.
 
If looking for a cheap board then look at the Arock 755 board or the NEW Chaintech nForce3-250 board.

But ALL boards for the most part come with sound now, but you can turn it off.
 
Yeh, integrated sound is like an integrated floppy controller or IDE controller- they've all got it. Just the way it is.

Higher integration on smaller formfactors is the way of all things electronic.
