Unfortunately they don't have images for the zoom level but the most fvcked up circle I've seen is in Cleveland GA. It isn't close to being a circle and has stop lights. They have plenty of room to make a true circle and the speed limit is 15 mph so I don't know why they haven't.

My favorite is Sea Pines Circle on Hilton Head. Its fun trapping tourist in the inside lane.
