actually, its from outpost

I recently received my SOYO AS-750 3-IN-1 BAREBONE SYSTEM that I bought
at outpost.com for $199. But it did not contain the onboard video
card as it said in the description. My friend that ordered this didn't
get his ether but was able to get $20 back. I had ordered this hoping it
would come
with a video card as I have already planed out how much I was going to
spend. I wish to recevie my $20 if that is possible.

Sorry I didn't come here. I was busy these days.
I undertand you are eager to get the 20$ back. However, I am also waiting for the credit back. This was promised by a manager but I haven't seen the physical money yet. So, I think I won't risk to bring up their attention by broadcasting my order number for people to PM me.
But I will give it out as soon as the credit really show up on my CC. It won't be long, they said before wednesday. You have my words.

Another hint if you won't wait for me: I was denied by CSR as well then I asked for the supervisor. He called me the next day and made that offer. I forgot to ask his extension but I think Outpost's manager instead of CSR is very nice. They will call you for sure. Don't be screwed by CSR......

And I would like to mention, the original idea is not mine. Credit goes to the person: Scarper.
