I saw this image and I'm trying to figure out what it is.

Its a bird (like this) but it is wearing a rounded crown, is holding some sort of sceptre in its right claw and some sort of orb with a crown on it in its left claw. it also has a shield on its chest with an iron cross in the center.

close, but not quite. this bird only has 1 head and it is wearing the crown. it is also holding a sceptre, not a sword. also it is holding a crowned orb, not a laurel branch or whatever that is.

very close! but the one i saw has only 1 head and the crown is directly on the head and the shield has the iron cross instead of the lion. The feathers of the wings and tail are a bit different in design also.
