Find-a-Drug multiple jobs at once

Think keeps starting up more than one job at once. Fortunately I don't think either are stalled at the moment, but I'm still wondering why this keeps happening. It usually happens when I start up, as Think decides to start a new job instead of finishing the one currently in progress. Is this a common bug that is being fixed in a new version or is there something else I should do?
