financial aid for school

My gf wants to come to US as a graduate student(international student), and as we all know, out-of-state tuition is a killer.......so any financial aid will definatly help.

Besides through the school and dept, are there any websites or anything to look into, or any aid, or scholarships? anybody have experiences?

You pretty much listed everything available except a study-work program and student loans.

I'm not sure if she would qualify for financial aid (shes a non-us resident), and I don't know of any scholarships that pays for overseas students.
