I saw Hot Fuzz last year and this movie had a lot in common with it. I think the camera work was great in the beginning and the characters were pretty clever...

Overall, I hate zombie movies....I think they're overdone and this one was a success. :D

Shaun: Mum, have you been bitten?
Barbara: No, but Philip has.
Shaun: Oh, OK.
Ed: Has she been bitten?
Shaun: No, but Phillip has.
Ed: Oh, OK.

Watched it about a week ago myself for the first time. It was relatively enjoyable, but nothing to soil my knickers over.

Comedy Central heavily edited it. Like the part where they do the whole planning thing (if you could call it that) was cut to only one planning pass, getting rid of a good joke.

UK zombies + UK accents + UK humor = this is me underwhelmed

But wake me if Guy Ritchie decides to do a Snatch-like zombie flick.

Overall I liked Shaun of the Dead better than Hot Fuzz, but the last 20-30 minutes of Hot Fuzz is one of the funniest things I've ever seen.

SWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!!!!!

The humor in Hot Fuzz was a little too dry the first time through it, but if you watch it again knowing the ending it's much funnier.

One of my favorite movies. I liked hot fuzz a lot too.

"As Mr. Sloan always says, there is no "I" in team, but there is an "I" in pie. And there's an "I" in meat pie. Anagram of meat is team... I don't know what he was talking about."
