Finally USB HID and storage support for NT4

Looks like Dell has put out a supplemental update for NT4 which allows a number of USB devices to "just" work
as you would expect. Considering the source (dell), I would amagine that this only works with Intel chipsets as its hard to add drivers for every type of USB controller out there. Nice that you don't have to have a dell to use this patch though..
