4-9 EDIT - #1 today and #1 tomorrow on the game soundtracks chart!! AWESOME - Help me out and keep me up there! Just play the track once today...if everyone who read this did that, I could easily stay up there! 🙂 🙂 🙂 Also, QuakeXL has made it back up - #18 tomorrow on the Acid chart. It usually hoves around the teens, so its nice to see it climbing again.


Just wanted to thank everyone - 'Metroid MegaDance Mix 2002' is kicking butt! Most of my game soundtrack songs have made it up there, but few actually go far enough to make the front game soundtrack page (Wipeout and MDK2 Reconstruction both have a number of times - check them out too). Thanks a bunch, and keep listening!!

Still going up - please do me a big big favor, play the Metroid Mix track all the way through, even just one time, and help me get to the top!! 😉 😉 Its going to be #23 (!!) tomorrow, May 3rd, on the game soundtracks chart. I've never gone this high - lets see how long I can keep it up there.

QuakeXL could also use a boost - it was 40-something yesterday, and will be #39 tomorrow on the Acid genre.

DanFungus - I believe the stats are based off of 'unique IPs' meaning, if you logged off and back on again it would probably count. I'm definitely not complaining that you played it more than once tho 😉

I've also noticed though that if a track is hammered - i.e., disconnect, reconnect, playing the song over and over again, but the IP is not entirely unique (the first 3 sets of numbers in an IP are usually the same with most providers), they will actually penalize the track. In other words, there have been times where I would hammer a track with nearly hundreds of hits, and it would slide down by the hundreds, but as soon as I picked a day to stop hammering, it would go back up again significantly, even though the number of hits was no where close to the day before...almost seems as if there's more to it than just unique IP...oh well

interesting.....anyways, you should add to your title something like "listen to this awesome song" since in my opinion it is, and it looks like that's the consensus of the group as well 🙂
