I live in one of Atlanta's suburbs. But I was born and raised in the Northeast (New England area). Yesterday there was a 15-minute interval in which the NWS recorded the high as being 80F. This morning it is 48F with a foretasted high of 57F. About friggen time says this 'northerner'.
And I say all of this while sitting in front of my PC in a house with no heating on and wearing shorts and a t-shirt.
