I don't know if I'm happy or sad - Shuttle has just (finally!) released an XPC small form factor PC that supports AMD processors and has an AGP slot. I've been waiting for this for months, but I was hoping it would have an Nforce2 chipset.

Here's the press release, and here are the specs.

The model number is SK41G. Per the press release, these are available in "Mass quantity", at an MSRP of $319. It's available at Newegg (in stock as of 11-23-02) for $309, free Fedex saver shipping.

The question now: Do I jump on this and ask for an AIW 8500 for christmas, or keep waiting for an Nforce2 version? AAhh!

The nforce2 version would be nice, but who knows when you will actually be able to get it? I bet it will cost more than the SIS version.
