Finally see an E4300 for sale

What will be the price on the E4400 when it launches?
I'm really interested in that one.

Your going to be waiting a while, it will take time to clear out the 65nm inventory, I am laso not sure if it is necessary the 65nm Core 2 Duo's run pretty thermal efficient already and have plenty of headroom typically.

The price of the E4300 when it arrives will be 133US MSRP.

Q2 07? Do you know if that mean April 1st or June 30th? So basically like I said...no time soon...That is still a minimum of 2-1/2months or 5-1/2 months. That is a long time for most.

PLus then throw in "no availability or limit availability for a few weeks"...then throw in Screwegg gouging for a few more.

So basically I see it as being no great saving for awhile.

All of my boards do 470-500fsb anyways so for my C2Ds I bought it wasn't lmiting my OCs. the chips had hit their max.

It sucks becuase I bought my E6300 last year for 180shipped at newegg and my E6400 for 214...now look at the prices. I am not seing anything near the prices Intel says they should be 2-3 months later....THEY WENT UP!!!

Quit looking at the prices and thinking that will be reality!

Yah I guess that you're right. And for $130 who cares anyway, just buy another one later if they look much better. Also I suppose the 965/975 mobos are pretty tight right now as it is. The 680i looks like it needs a little more maturing though.
