I'm set on video card already, im going with the 6800gt oc, but my question is, is the ASUS K8N-E DELUXE one of my best options, and if so, whats a good overclockable processor to go along with this? basically im trying to get speed and stability out of the whole thing. my friend has a amd proc clocked at 3.2ghz so im trying to do that as well.
 
If you want overclockability, get a good 939 board (I have nothing to recommend, sorry) and one of the new 90nm procs--you should be able to get 2.5 on any of them no problem. However, I doubt you'll be getting 3.2GHz without expensive cooling.
 
that board probably wont get you to 3.2. and do you plan on getting a Fx-55 and a phase change cooler along with this setup?

You will not get 3.2GHz with any AMD CPU unless you ahve soem real nice cooling and a real expensive CPU. And it is kind of hard for us to pick components if you do not tell us what your budget is. For around $200 you could get a socket 939 3000+ 90nm and overclock it. Also get the MSI k8n neo2.
