Finally OCed my X2

Comp specs in sig:
I just did a quick OC last night to 2.5ghz, the temp is ~35 at idle and like 44 at full load.
What full load temp is a pretty safe temp to run if i like leaving my comp on 24/7?
My my voltage is at 1.5, is it safe to go higher? How high?
I got the RAM to 2.5 3 2 7 @ 250 ... i havent tested any higher on the bandwidth (doesnt work with 2 3 2 7). In case it won't want to do above 250, will there be an appreciable performance loss if i don't run the RAM 1:1 with the FSB?
In other words if i can get like 260fsb with cpu and only 250 on the ram is it worth using a divider or stay at 2.5ghz?

Sorry for jumping around, thanks for your help

Unless you're going for benchmark numbers or something, I'd just keep it at 2.5GHz and run 1:1. 250 on FSB and RAM is a nice overclock. You could try to squeeze another 10MHz out of your RAM, but if you have to loosen the timings much, I might just opt to stay where you are. I doubt your CPU speed is going to be a bottleneck in whatever you're using your computer for... you'll just need more volts & create more heat as you go beyond 2.6GHz. I'd also be happy with a full load of 44c - is that with both cores fully loaded? I wish I could get that low wtih my SI-120 - I'm closer to 52c @ 2.55GHz.
