AX+BX = C, Y = MX + B, All of it makes sense to me now, less than 7 hours before the test, and i have not slept in 2 days.

Bingo.

The bad part was that I took calc 2 and 3 in the same semester the first time. After midterms I was dismally failing calc 2, and had a B in calc 3, and was just starting to realize that the stuff of calc 2 was starting to creep into calc 3 -- it's drop time.

Discreet math wasn't very fun either.
 
I clicked on this thinking someone was complaining that the Game Boy Advance only had A and B buttons, omitting the X and Y ones.
