finally gotten OK to get digital camera

I finally gotten the OK to geta digital camera. I'm looking for the best one for around $100-150 and the accessories i need also. Any suggestions?

got OK from my parents, finally upgrading from 35mm to digital

it's going to be used to family pictures and stuff like that.

I don't think that anything in that price range will be an upgrade from a 35mm. Especially with all of the accessories.

Maybe try ebay for a Canon S110.

I've got a Fuji FinePix 1400. It isn't multiple megapixels, but it isn't expensive either.
