Finally got the 30mbps Upgrade from my ISP!

To know that about 10 years ago, I was using AOL at less than 5kbps

Today, I upgraded my service to 30mbps (27.4 effective). Just blazing fast!

Optimum Online.
And I really don't know about the upload speed, but it probably is a 2mbps only.
I don't upload information anyway.

I just got Optimum Online's Boost to 30/2 Mbps cable, too! Incredible speed.

Here are my test results from Speak Easy's NYC test...

28076 kbps down / 1810 kbps up.

Effin' Charter. I sacrificed 3000 down to get 896k up via Qwest DSL.

Back in Oregon I was with Comcast at 6mb/796k for $50.

Pfft. Lucky you. My ISP gives me 1.8Mb down and 640kb up and charges $50 a month.

Download Speed: 15137 kbps (1892.1 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 1787 kbps (223.4 KB/sec transfer rate)

We pay $39.95 a month for it. Cheaper and faster than the only other alternative, RoadRunner.
