finally got my new monitor

only 8 days after they promised to overnight it....Albatron sucks...I have never had a company lie to me like this...but its ok, I filed a complaint with the BBB...by the way..they sent me a remote...but it doesnt do anything...I think these people are on some serious crack

That sucks rudeguy, I had to file a complaint w/ the BBB once before and I did receive positive results, mainly because complete documentation to back up my issue. BTW, what monitor did you receive and :camera:'s
