I'm thinking of a 17" laptop. Did you have any input in the purchase decisions? If so why the Nx9500 over the HP ZD7000?

price! nx9500 was considerably cheaper...doesn't the ZD ship with Win XP Media center edition? Hard to justify that for work!

Not sure if the deal works, but on the HP site the ZD starts at $1500 and the NX starts at $1800

The nx I have also has 512mbRAM, a DVD Burner, and a 60gb HD, and XP Pro...
