Congrats! I am going to a CCNA boot camp March 2nd....hope to be down that path as well. Although the CCSP looks more attractive to me.

How would you rate the exams from easiest to most difficult?

BSCI was the hardest for me, the rest were equal (pretty easy).

I've been in networking for almost 10 years but most of the time I've been working on other vendors equipment (Redback and Alcatel)

My CCNP is more of a CV thing, I don't know the situation in the US but where I live it's pretty good to have a cert like this especially if you have the experience to back it up, more and more employers demand one
