Total damages to the vehicle were $5600 CDN or $4300 USD. The body had shifted from the accident so they had to straighten it out and both sides were repainted (not just the side where I had been hit). They seemed to do a good job as I can't tell it's been repainted, although it is a new car and it's winter. It seems to drive fine.. there was a vibration starting at 90km/h but my friend was getting that too, I think it's because of the road conditions and ice on the wheels.
