Signed up for Charter bundle ($99 month), and wow was that a mistake. Lady installed cable internet wrong, another guy came next day to confirm it {she split it up too many times}, called Charter literally about 15 times over the course of 5 days, they answer but never help, people promise to call back, and don't, sometimes they show up at my house when they say they will, sometimes not, and sometimes hours late. Everyone you call is either in Canada or Phillipines, and claim that they don't have any number to call a local office. Then the Lady came back, installed it correctly, and it still didn't work. Finally got someone to come today, SAME DARN Lady, couldn't figure it out, called another guy, who after 2 hours finally figured out it was the darn modem that sucked, and now it FINALLY works.
It has been a horrible 6 days w/o internet. No email, couldn't pay bills, can't view ATOT, etc.
/rant is done and I don't care if I get flamed, I had to get that out.
