haha Bout time. Just got my 165 for 65bux with original heatsink, AND an XP90, pretty good deal imo😀😀

After a week struggling indecisively, I've settled on the fact that I am too disappointed with SC2 to warrent a whole new build I was planning

Anyone know the Maximum Voltage for this processor? I tried google, but no one said "THIS IS MAX" they're all like,, watch the temp,, I need to know MAX Voltage. The proc is 90nm fyi.^_^

Yes. Slap a good fan on that XP90 and you're set.

As you've already read, though, monitor temps closely if you decide to go that high. Do you know the stepping of the chip?

i felt ripped off when my stock heatsink with my athlon x2 939 didn't come with the heatpipe heatsink. 🙁

umm... i think he's referring to the 165 specifically.

it's not general advice for CPU's, because 1.55 volts would toast most modern CPU's.
