peru> colombia> ecuador> peru> bolivia> chile> argentina

it is a huge continent, I planned for 1 month 1 country, but ended up starting almost 2 months in peru. it was an awesome journey after all.

for girls...i think colombia got the hottest girls, then argentina. bolivia is really bad when it comes to hot girls...they just don't seem to exist in there.

right...my bad! forgot about the pic.

PIC:
cordillera blanca, huaraz, peru

where are the pictures man? so out of all those countries, which country has the hottest women?

approx, how much did you spent at each country?

if I ever get layed off (unlikely), I keep telling myself i'm gonna do something like that.

that's awesome

this is freaking awesome!!! i will need to talk to you about peru. I want to go there next year.

Did you keep a blog? any pictures? who did you travel with? how did you afford to travel for so long? did you do what puffff did and quit your job to travel?

this must have been an amazing experience!

I just got back home like 3 hours ago, still in the process of unpacking.

haven't compiled the money part yet. i need to look at the money i withdrew from the last 6 months to see how much i spent total. on average, i keep a mind set of $50 a day.

Wow, that looks like about $9k for 6 months. Did you carry a GPS tracker to track your movements?

i really don't know how much i have spent. i went there with more money than i can spend 😉

no GPS tracker, i just keep track of the where about on the google map. it looks pretty nice.

Awsome!! I really need to set out and do something like this, for my own mental health.

Yeah when you get more time flesh out some details for us. I'd love to hear more about it!

Which country had the cheapest H&B?

the most expensive country to travel out of those 6 according to me:
chile> argentina> colombia> peru/ecuador> bolivia

bolivia is the cheapest, so cheap to a point that is not even funny! people are poor there.

no blog, i am not a good write. i take many pics tho 🙂
i went solo, which was just fine with me. if you have $10k, u can easily travel for 6 months in SA.

i work on contract, usually from dec to march, when i finish the contract, i will have enough money and time to take off 😀

nice! what field are you in? and how old are you? This is something I've always wanted to do, but my lifestyle doesnt allow it

Age. Relationship status. Story why you went. Damn I'm jealous.

27 y/o this year.
single, actually don't even want a gf right now. it is more like a hassle to keep a gf with the life style i have.

i work for 4 months, then i have the rest of the time free. i went to asia last year for 5 months, it was an awesome trip too. i went to SA with a reason to learn spanish, that's why i didn't want to go to non-spanish speaking countries. i went there without knowing much spanish, now i can handle some conversation.

it was such a weird feeling making my order at the restaurant in english after i arrived back to US. i couldn't recall the last time i ordered in english.
