I hope you all heard of Mary Winkler. She killed her sleeping husband by shooting him in the back. Claimed it was abuse but it that was based solely on her word. She barely spent anytime being locked up.

Men everywhere were shaking in their boots and buying their women some nice jewelry and new cars. And since Mary complained about having to giver her husband butt sechs...

But now the men have gotten even. This other case was from last week. Some guy comes home to find some 18 year old banging his wife. Shoots him down. He just got sentenced on Friday to 47 days in jail. His excuse was he was just pointing his rifle at the guy in his driveway and if accidently fired.

I guess this will be a good excuse to not have to pay alimony.

Why would the shooter have to pay his wife's lover, alimony?

Well according to the article they are going to try him again. Also he got 47 days plus time served, "wife's student lover will spend 47 more days in jail, ".

Still is a light sentence considering the kid wasn't armed, so his story is hard to be believed.

I would have just said it was home defense. I saw some strange guy in my house, having sex with my wife. I thought he was raping her so I shot him.

Except the teenager was sitting in his car in the driveway after the husband confronted him. I guess he could have used the "he was about to run me over" defense.

His attorney is one of the best criminal defense lawyers in Knoxville. Judge Leibowitz is also a very fair and good judge. I used to practice in front of her and loved her court. Now, if he messes up on probation, she'll stick it to him.

How is one guy shooting another guy for sleeping with his wife in any way "equal rights for men" as compared to the Winkler case? "Equal rights for men" in that case would be a man getting away with murdering his wife by claiming abuse with no supporting evidence other than his word that she was abusing him in some manner.
