Ok, more specifics:

CPU: E4500 11x200 M1 stepping, 1.32v default voltage
OC: E4500 8x400 1.48v

RAM: 1:1 rating DDR2-800 5-5-5-18 (produces too much heat to overvolt)

Stable for 10 hours with OCCT.
RAM and northbridge are stock voltage.

Oh, a few questions:

I can re-enable C1E and EIST now, right?

I have 1x2GB and 2x1GB, how should I put them so I have 2GB in each channel?

Currently I have the 2x1GB in the 1st and 3rd slot and the 2GB stick in the 2nd slot.

Oh, and is it worth it? I was stable at 11x266 at stock voltage before.

C1E and EIST won't do you much good since you've already manually lowered the multiplier to 8x, unless your board can lower the voltage at idle as well, like my Abit IP35-E. I had C1E and EIST on throughout my OC process, don't understand what the fuss is about. I'm running 11x300Mhz.

I would god for higher speed with the ram with another FSB:DRAM ratio, though I don't know what kind of modules you have and what they are capable of. If they are rated as you are running them, they can probably do a bit better.

They are rated for 4-4-4-12 at 2.2v (the 2GB module) and the 1GB sticks are rated for 4-4-4-12 at 2.0v.

Congrats Blue. 3.2ghz is about average for most of these E2xxx/4xxx chips, especially later production ones.

C1E only works correctly if the multiplier is left on default (11). Since you're at 8, I would NOT enable it. Generally speaking, if you're stable at 1.48v bios, many people find they need to set vcore slightly higher when C1E/EIST is enabled. But that's a moot point anyway since you're at 8 x 400, not 11 x 290.

About your last question on memory slots, I'm from the old school and was taught you always put your largest stick(s) in the first channel. I used to run 2x1gb + 2x512 in my IP35-E...and had the 2x1gb in slots 1&3, and the 2x512gb in slots 2&4. Following that, I recommend you place your 2gb stick in slot 1, and 2x1gb sticks in slots 2&4.

Is 1.48v actual, or BIOS? And here I thought my temps on my E2140s were insane with only 1.36v actual. 9C away from TJmax under heavy extended load, with a CoolerMaster HyperTX2 cooler.

Well i tried 1.45 in BIOS and it errored out within 5 minutes. I'm getting about 1.44v actual.

I think I've had to up the volts to 1.5 in BIOS because OCCT passed for 10 hours but Runes of Magic crashed.

1.5v is apparently Intel's max VID spec for this chip.

Oh, and I idle around 30C and load around 60C.
