What a chore.

I am submitting 6 images to a gallery in Denver for a competition. I matted and framed them all tonight. All that's left is to tape the tags to the back identifying them, and deliver them to the gallery.

Hopefully I'll win something as I'll have spent close to $300 to get them printed and buy frames/matboard. Thankfully I have my own mat cutter so I didn't have to pay someone to do that part.

Where did you get your framing materials for that cheap? I thought frames would be at least $100 each. But what size prints and frame?

And I agree that framing is a pain. I always get so caught up trying to get every single piece of lint off of the print and glass so that there's no lint squished between the two in the end.

4 20x24 frames, 2 20x28 frames

I got them from Aaron Brothers. They are not the greatest frames, but this gallery wanted only basic, non-decorative metal frames with only white or slight off-white mats. That's it. They are very picky.

www.framesbymail.com is a usual source, but I didn't have as much time as I would have liked to prepare everything.
