Hello everyone, after 1 week of endless research about what PSU to get, I finally decided to get an OCZ Powerstream. But, what I don't know is which model? The psu is going to power these :

DFI Lanparty Ultra-D
Amd Athlon64 3200+ Winchester
BFG 6800GT OC
OCZ Platinum 3200 r2 512x2
SB Audigy 2 ZS
2 HDDs
2 Optical Drives
4 - 5 Fans
*Going to O/C*

Would the 420W be enough or should i get the 520W one, just in case?

Thank you.

I own the 420w powerstream, had it for 2 weeks. I also run a similar system and haven't had any problems with it. I have my 3000+ winnie oc-ed to 2.4 ghz without much effort. I believe it has 33A on the 12v rail which is more than enough, unless of course you're going to be adding another 6800gt anytime soon. 🙂

If you are looking for a quiet pc, then i would suggest the 520 watt so the psu is under less "load." This would in turn allow the fan to spin at a lower rpm, thus having less Dba.
