Finally buying a cell phone

I'm finally buying new phone and I have narrowed my choices down to two phones. I need a push in either direction:

V3x
w810i

I've heard good things about SE but w810i is rather old compared to the V3x...

Seeing as you waited till 2007 to get a cell phone I don't think you can comment on 'old phones'.

The w810i is the better of the two.
If you also want 3G capability and a flip phone then I suggest the Samsung SGH-a707 (SYNC).

Then go for the w810i. It is a very cool phone IMO.

I had a regular RAZR V3 and I switched over to the SE W810i. Couldn't be happier.
