That's insane, and people are going to buy it at that price and then scalp it on ebay for even more lol.

The future of computing is a little scary with this silicon shortage though. I don't see that ending any time soon. All the stuff I have right now works for me, and even if I wanted to upgrade I can't afford to, but at some point I'll probably want to.

I kept my old card for that reason - it was having some notable artifacting issues while gaming but if my current one fails I'll have a backup for as long as the old one continues to work
