You did notice that there aren't ANY user reviews yet (hence the "default" one star)?

ECS NForce4-A939? 82 Euros in Germany, roughly 105 USD. With the US-EU price delta, that should come out below $100 retail price in the US.

A lot of people have probably looking for a cheap, no frills, 939 board for a long time.
Yes and No
1 star out of 5 isn't a ringing endorsment. :(

out of 0 reviews, yeah it must suck...

EDIT:

Actually the most this board would ever get from me is 4, look at the ATX connector placement.. lame as can be. As long as it's good otherwise, it would be OK.

The ATX connector is actually in the recommended spot. Best power distribution from there. The power cable routes from the PSU along the middle case beam, and down above the connector block. That gives you minimal airflow blockage too.

What about the winfast/foxconn board? Pretty decent reviews, quality, features, and under $100 -- if you can find it (right now only newegg has it)

Has anyone gotten this board and would like to comment on the BIOS settings?
The main downside of the ULi chipset is that the HT upstream is only 8-bit instead of 16-bit, but the benchmarks for the reference board and the ASRock board showed no difference.
