Finalizing my MCE PC, one question left.

Putting together a MCE PC with spare part, Cel D 3ghz/1gb/...etc, the only 2 things missing are video card and TV turner.

My TV have DVI in so I am thinking about a cheap DVI card(DVI to TV) and Hauppauge 500 MCE edition. But I feel there is something wrong, if I use DVI to TV will I able to see TV program? Or I need to use the video out port from the tv tuner?
 
Connecting the system using the DVI port should just output whatever would be on the screen anyway. So if you have the a TV station open it will display that, just as it would with any other video output.
