1.This is my final build before i buy it. uses: recording gameplay, streaming, gaming, rendering video files, editing video, and gaming at 1080p for this gen games and next gen games (except the next crysis) and medium to high for the next 3 years at least.

2. 1400-1450 if you can make it cheaper then all the better
