I'm a little confused. My ASUS P4B266 with USB2.0 came with an NEC driver on the CD. Does this driver allow me to use my USB2.0 ports with Win2K or not?

Yes, it supercedes the NEC driver and Yes it will add full USB 2.0 support. NEC's current drivers only allow limited functionality
