Just a warning there....I've never used a LeadTek Geforce2, but it likely uses the Brooktree chip and I've used the Brooktree chip on a Voodoo3-3000 and it was pretty bad...the Video quality is no better than a good VCR.

For best quality from a PC you want to get a Hollywood Plus PCI card, the TV-out quality of that is much much better, a Radeon also does TV-out much better than a GeForce, thought not quit as well as a Hollywood Plus.

However, unless you have quite a good TV then your GeForce will probably be fine for TV-out quality.

I have a 27" TV in my room, it's just a whatever mitsubishi nothing special, and the TV-out quality of the V3 was good enough for it. DVD video quality is really wasted on it 😉
My friend's got a nice 30" I think Sony and I was using that for my test.

AMD Athlon 200 mhz System? Are you sure that's 200?

Over all the system looks quite good. My only warning is if you have a really good expensive TV, that GF2 probably won't be good enough to make full use of it.
