final setup for new build, any comments?

Alright so i've posted here before asking about my build and here is going to be the final setup, any comments/ suggestions? my budget was 1400 and it worked out perfectly to 1389, through tigerdirect, i prefer td because newegg taxes in my state. here are all the links.

as well as this, i am ordering a 200mm fan and a 140mm fan on amazon because i have gift cards to amazon. How will all this run? im lookin to play skyrim mostly. oh and can i oc with my liquid cooling? if so what kinda range?

You could try these instead and you should always get a decent PSU if you could afford for it. Corsair's are a good option but I can't find a decent priced Corsair that does not come bundled with RAM. The H70 is a fancy WC that does not even come close to custom solutions. The NH-D14 is a better choice and cheaper too.

If possible, get a Core i5 2500K instead and with the savings, get a decent sized SSD instead of a HDD, preferably 120GB or more.

The Sabertooth is unnecessary, if you're just looking to play Skyrim, unless you're going to do something else that uses all of the extra features. Same goes for the 2600k. The 2500k does just as good as the 2600k in games.
