That's what I mean, I'd prefer insertion by superstallion any day. The Ospreys have a terrible history. And if noise is a big factor, we'll just make a longer foot movement anyway.

Vertigo-The (H-46) Sea knights's airframe is falling apart as we speak as it is one of the oldest vertical platform still in sea-operation. The Osprey is now the best bet for the Marines as long as the war in Afhghan and Iraq last. I work for a prime contractor who is responsible for the de-ice system, btw and it's a great vertical craft machine.

Yes the CH-46s we have are quite old, but I refer to the CH-53 Superstallion which is far superior, and I much prefer its use over the Osprey. (Innovative design though it may be). I will agree with you if revisions prove its reliability.

yeah..The CH-53 is another great vertical craft machine that has been in ops since early 70's in the S.E Asia theater. The A.F. guys refered to it as the Jolly Green Giant as it was exclusively used in the S.A.R. missions in Nam & Laos warfare. Anyway I'm looking forward to find a FS2004's Osprey model that I can enjoy flying in my leisures.
